Bagi saya, pam manual ni sgt tidak efektif. sorry to say that. we have to put talcum powder to make it work properly! tp itu utk beberapa minit saja.u must keeping letak bedak tu sepanjang sesi mengepam. kalo tidak, botol akan terkeluar dr gegelang kepala pam .sy dh pegi jumpa pn Rita beberapa bulan dulu utk memastikan teknik sy betul, dan bila blk rumah,still problem yg sama sy hadapi.memang memenatkan.terpaksa beli manual pam jenama lain utk digunakan di masa-masa kecemasan.

Thank you for your feedback. We appreciate it very much. It is noted that some breastpumps may not work for everyone. We regret that eventhough this breastpump has worked for others, it was not the case for you. Just to clarify, there is no need to apply talcum all the time. It is only after the handle is washed in which case is not often. The handle does not get into contact with milk. It is sufficient to just use a damp cloth to wipe the handle. In any case, we would be happy to troubleshoot the problem again for you if you can drop by our showroom at Seri Kembangan. TQ.
