Member Privileges
At Mom's Little Ones (MLO), we value our customers. In our effort to serve you
better and to basically tell you that we genuinely do care, we have conjured up
the following member privileges for your benefit.
1.
If
you purchase a pump from us, you automatically qualify for the following
privileges:
a.
FREE
after warranty GENERAL service for your Medela Mini Electric and Mini
Electric Plus pumps. We will subsidize up to RM25 for the Pump In Style (PIS).
Warranty period for Medela pumps are as follows:
§
Mini Electric (6 months)
§
Mini Electric plus (6 months)
§
Pump in Style Traveler (1 year)
(Warranty period applies on the motor unit and adapters only.
Warranty for Mini Electric and Mini Electric Plus adapter unit is 3 months
(subject to one time replacement only). It does not cover wear & tear items.
Customers are advised to keep the receipt and warranty card. The warranty does
not cover transport or delivery of handling charges incurred in the
transportation of the product to and from the Service Centre)
General Service fee for pumps are as follows:
§
Mini Electric (RM25)
§
Mini Electric plus (RM35)
§
Pump in Style Traveler (RM50)
Note: Please inform us prior to sending the pump to
the service centre in Dataran Palma, Ampang. Otherwise, you will not be accorded
the above privilege.
b.
FREE
after warranty GENERAL Service for your Spectra pumps.
Note: General Service does not include replacement of
parts.
2.
MLO
will facilitate the process to get spare parts for those who purchased either
Medela, Spectra or Playtex pumps from us. We know how hard it is to get spare
parts, let us help to ease your trouble.
3.
If
for some reason your pump breaks down on you, MLO will offer you a loaner unit
of either the Medela or Spectra pump while waiting for you pump to be serviced.
If we have to courier it to you, you only need to bear the cost for postage.
This is a value added service from us which I am most certain is not being
offered elsewhere. A few of our clients have benefited from this.
4.
We
offer an "Upgrade" program for owners of any brand of breast
pumps. Show us proof that you are an owner of a breastpump (whatever brand) and
we will automatically give you a
15% discount
on the purchase of a breastpump from MLO. Terms and conditions apply. Please
contact us for more details. Why offer this program? Well, let’s just say that
we want mothers to have good quality breast pumps that meet the grade. Good
breast pumps help you to breastfeed longer!
5.
We
offer a “Bottle Refresh Program” for those who wish to upgrade to
Polypropelene (PP) bottles. You get an automatic
15% discount
from the retail selling price. Terms and conditions apply. Please contact us
