How do I order? These are you ordering options:
- Order online at our online store www.momslittleones.com
If you wish to select a product you like, click on the "Add to Cart" button. This means that we will remember/store the information
about that particular item when you are ready to check out. You can always remove an item or change the quantity from your cart. If you're
not done shopping, Click to Continue. If you're done, proceed to "check-out".

How will I know if my order is being processed?
We will confirm your order within 24 hours either via email or telephone.
However, if you do not hear from us within that timeframe, please call us. Sometimes it may take 48 hours. We apologize for any inconveniences caused.

- Pos Laju Courier Service
Option 1 is only available for small packages. The rates displayed
in the web are for option 2. If your intended order can be delivered using option 1, and you have already issued payment, we will issue
you a credit note, which can be used for your next purchase. If not, we will advise you the exact delivery charges for your order. You
may then confirm your order via email or telephone. Estimated postage charges are as follows for your reference:

Returns and Exchanges
We regret that Returns and
Exchanges are applicable to the purchase of nursing wear and bras only. If for any reasons you are not happy with your Mom's Little Ones
purchase, we will assist you with a prompt exchange. You can do so within 14 days from the date of receipt subject to confirmation
with us either by email or telephone. The following guidelines apply: - Returns cannot be accepted on worn, soiled, stained
or washed merchandise
- Items to be returned / sent back with their original packaging, in a re-sellable condition

Discounted / special priced items are final sales and will not be accepted for Returns/Exchanges
- Return Items should be sent to
us at Customer's own cost. Delivery or shipping fees are not refundable
We regret that we cannot be responsible for loss or
items damaged on the way back for a return / exchange. Please pack your returned items properly to ensure that items do not get damaged
in transit and register/insure them if sending by post.
Order Cancellations
Can I cancel or change my order?
We regret that orders cannot be cancelled or altered once it has been processed and delivered. You may however arrange for easy
exchanges (only for nursing wear and bras) after you have received your orders. Please refer to our Returns and Exchanges policy.

Can I return or exchange my order?
We regret
that Returns and Exchanges are applicable to the purchase of nursing wear and bras only. If for any reasons you are not happy with your
Mom's Little Ones purchase, we will assist you with a prompt exchange. You can do so within 14 days from the date of receipt subject

track of your past purchases with us. As a token of our appreciation for your support we will offer great discounts or
gift certificated to our valued customers from time to time. You
can use it to offset your future purchases with us.
Gift Wrapping Service
Gift wrapping service is available for free
for purchases of RM50 and above. For special wrapping service (ie. Gift hampers). Please email us and we will charge you accordingly.
We do offer attractive designs.
NOTE:
A portion of all sales proceed from Mom's Little Ones will be channeled to breastfeeding
support groups which we are associated with. We will use it to fund for breastfeeding awareness programs and other activities which
promote breastfeeding. We thank you in advance for your support and we hope that you will do your part (in whatever way) to champion or
support breastfeeding in Malaysia. Mom's Little Ones shall do our level best to keep you posted on these activities and happenings on
